2024 Deborah C. Offer Bulgin 10th Annual Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Awards and Scholarship Celebration

In partnership with the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Professional Development at Bowie State University, The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin 9th Annual Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Awards and Scholarship Celebration will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. on the beautiful campus of Bowie State University in the Student Center Ballroom. The celebration will honor virtuous women who have contributed to the improvement of others and influenced their community or world in areas such as education, government, business, health, etc. The emcee for the event will be Marissa Mitchell, Lead Anchor for Fox 5 DC News, and will include networking, entertainment by Bowie State University Choir members, music, and a keynote speaker. We will provide a scholarship to a graduating Bowie State University student in the College of Education, Teaching Learning, and Professional Development student.
